Data Mining Bookmaker Sites - Advice On Software Only!

Hi! I want to access bookmaker/gambling sites, collect the odds for certain matches and then use the odds to make certain calculations. I'm initially looking for a push in the right direction and will pay someone $15 for advice on what software (preferably available as a free trial or open source) is suitable to mine the odds from the bookmaker sites. The software also needs to have a decent manual for me to use as a starting point! Thanks - any questions, please do ask but please also remember that I'm only looking for advice on software! Alan B
