GENERAL: I need a developer to reconfigure a responsive theme I’ve purchased from ThemeMonster. You can view the theme at [login to view URL] . I’ve made some crude mockups of how I want the site to look and you can view those:

JOB START: You should be ready to begin work within 24 hours of my accepting. So, that would mean beginning on Sunday or Monday (Preferably Sunday).
JOB TIME: If you think this will take you longer than 3 days to complete, then please don’t bid. Unfortunately, I’m under a bit of a crunch on this project.
RESPONSIVE: The completed site must view well across platforms (the theme is already built for this).
HOW I DECIDE: I have never taken the lowest bidder. I’m looking for someone who’s technically capable of performing and responsive to my communication.
WHAT YOU MUST KNOW: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP (For the email handler), Lightbox installation.
LIGHTBOX: Must know how to fetch and install a lightbox for the image sets located on the PROJECTS page. Each of the 5 images on that page will open up a slide show of many photos. Since many of the images I’m working with are already compressed (e.g., .jpg) the lightbox should be able to resize to fit the image.
CROSS BROWSER COMPATIBILITY: The site must work in ALL browsers. Yes, even IE.
[login to view URL] MARKUP VALIDATION: When you’re finished, I will run the site through the [login to view URL] Markup Validation Service. I’m sure you have some opinion as to whether the results are valid or not, but I am going to run it through anyway.
FTP ACCESS: You will have full FTP access to work on my server.
COMPANY LOGO AND BYLINE GRAPHIC: You will also install the Company logo and byline graphic on the header of all the pages. You should not bid on doing any graphics manipulation though. That’s being done separately.
BEFORE YOU GET PAID: I will need a bit of time, day or two, to test everything out, get my images and text in to the site. So please don’t bug me for final payment the very second you think you’re done. I’m easy to work with and I WILL PAY when the job is, in my estimation, complete.
HELPING ME: You should include in your bid a few hours to get me up and running after completion, answering my questions, teaching me the JavaScript operation, etc.
IM AVAILABILITY: As you work you must be available via IM, I prefer Skype.
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: You must be able to speak English relatively well.
CODE: Please write "brown tree" in your bid, so I know that you have read and understand my requirements.
THE MOCK UPS: DO NOT take ANYTHING from the mockups. The mock ups are for your formatting use only. DO NOT copy graphics from them, etc.
DEAD CODE: DO NOT leave dead code in – clean up after yourself.
MISCELANEOUS: You will be hooking up the contact form. You will be getting the map on the CONTACT page set up and working.
