Customer Wordpress Theme with Options Panel for Customization

I need a custom wordpress theme created that will be used for small businesses. This theme will have an options panel that will allow users to customize the theme options. User will have the option to choose from 5 theme color schemes, business name and address, choose from 5? header background images and option to upload their own. Also, enter business hours and google map code. Option to exclude pages form menu bar. Fields for homepage title and description. Option to paste google analytics code for use on all pages. For all text fields user can customize text color. Could be a hex code field. 4 built in custom page templates in addition to the default template....Contact form page, Location page: display map and business hours from options panel, Links template, "No sidebar" page template. SEO For each page and post allow the following to be entered in the "edit Post / Edit Page" so the posts and pages are customized.
