Custom Adult Hosting Script Needed

I need a custom hosting script made for me. This script must be able to host Videos and Images only. Video Formats: mpg mpeg wmv 3gp 3g2 rm mov flv Images Formats: jpg jpeg gif png Most Features needed are here: [login to view URL] I also have a few other features i need.. here are a few.. 1. Searchable videos and images with recently searched tag cloud 2. Images uploaded can be uploaded by zip and made into a gallery 3. rss feed for each category made linking to videos and images on own site 4. User panel to manage his/her own uploaded (to delete or not) and check out his/her trade ratio 5. Report system for each video or gallery for content that violates the ToS ..those are just a few features needed... Will add more as we go. Thanks!
