This project is being listed due to a failed attempt by a developer who clearly couldn't be bothered to finish it. No time wasters please! I have attached a word document showing all changes which are required for this project. I need a price for finishing it off and then an hourly rate for ongoing work. This is PHP / mySQL. I have many jobs which I outsource, so if you are reliable and honest, please get in touch. English and communication skills are essential and I need someone to just get on and finish it without needing me to hold their hand. Only reasonable quotes will be considered. High quotes will simply be ignored.
