Complete FSBO/Realtor home listing site

If you are interested please send me up to two sites you have developed and how many hours/cost each of them took. I have never done a cost per hour project and don't want to get burned. ? The site will need to be professionally designed- I will pick out a third party graphic designer who will need to work with winning bidder throughout the project. Briefly: -A robust structure/navigation to create up to 100 pages of information on how to buy/sell a homes (winner of this vworker project not create this content), FAQ, etc. -Listings will be divided into property types, searchable by type (homes, rentals, farms, etc) -Each market (or MSA) will have a landing page of listings (example: [login to view URL]). -Aside from basic user registration/login/password recovery, there are 3 account types: Buyer, FSBO Seller, Realtor Seller ? a. Every market page (ie listings/[login to view URL]) will have a "top Realtors" that appear on top of the listings. The top realtors will be the Realtor accounts with the most active listings in that market, as well as a completed profile with profile picture. Each Realtor will have a landing page with their details and active listings. ? b. FSBO sellers and Realtors will have a robust control panel to add/remove/edit listings and see basic stats including page-views, unique views, and referral sources. Screen sheets of the statistics section will be a primary selling point of this web site. ? c. Buyers will be able to sign up for email alerts when a new listing in a given price/property type/geography matches a criteria they set. The email will be HTML formatted with a picture of the listing and a 1-click unsubscribe button. ## Deliverables More Details: -This site will not charge for listings and no interfaces/pages with credit cards/paypal/shipping/etc is needed. -After a listing is created, the user will be given optional HTML to copy/paste into craigslist. The navigation needs to be as smooth/easy as possible as this conversion rate is very important. The Craigslist ad will include a picture/links to the site, similar to postlets.com. -Each listing will have pictures resized, a printable flyer generated (in HTML or PDF format based on suggestion/ability of coder), a "view map" link, and basic info about the listing. -Listings will likely have other small widget based on graphic designer feedback.
