Coding needed to complete gaming social network

I am in need of someone with very good PHP coding skills to complete my gaming social networking website. The person will only have to focus on the coding of the website as 99% of the design has already been done. All web pages have already been converted to html so that coding is also not neccessary. Most web pages will be supplied for the person to code from, so design is not neccessary. For the one or two pages that will need to be designed, PSD files will be sent and won't take more than an hour to complete as it's a straight forward page that is missing. The website consists of around 50 pages and databases will need to be developed and linked with one another. This is a rebuild of an existing website of which the code is useless. The current website will make understanding the coding very easy as you have a working platform from which to start. All functions and features of the website has visual explanations which I will provide along with reference websites from which a person can work from. There are new features not found in the current website that needs to be developed and will become apparant once the developer views all the web pages. Things to consider regarding what needs to be done reagrding the coding: You will need to be able to develop a user profile, friend profile, pages, wall with news feed, link submission, photo & video uploading, commenting system, point system with leaderboards and jquery pop up forms to name a few. Think Facebook and you'll get the idea. It's not as intense as FaceBook, but has a lot of the same normal social networking functions. To all potential bidders: 1) Please do not bid if you haven't developed any sort of social network 2) I will need to be able to get a verifiable website which is your own work to review quality of work 3) Please don't bid and leave a message with 200 websites that you have done, only social network links 4) I am only willing to give a 10% milestone payment to the winning bidder on acceptance of bid. The remainder will only be given once a functional working website has been provided and I have tested it and signed it off. I have unfortunately burned my fingers too manty times and this is non negotiable. 5) I will not be working outside of Freelancer, so no chancers 6) I pay as fast as you code. I am after clean and neat coding. The coding will be checked to ensure quality. Coding must be done by means of object orientated principles. If you do a good job you can expect more work coming your way on a frequent basis. it's a large website to do, so envision a skilled developer to finish it between 4 - 6 weeks, maybe sooner. I am available most of the day to assist and answer questions the winning bidder may have as to not waste either parties time. I want a professional and ethical person that can communicate easily and understand things easily. If you can think outside the box to give ideas to better a certain function, that will be a bonus.
