Code/Script needed for email adress pulling

Need a PHP coder to develop script to do the below. 1. The provided code can be installed to a web page as a form. 2. The form can browse/call a .txt file from local machine which contains a list of domain names. 3. Then the script will look for [login to view URL] email (registrant and admin both) at a button/link click. 4. Then prompt the user to save a .txt file which will carry domain name, registrant and admin email adresses. 5. The script must mass pull information from 100 - 500 domain names. 6. This software must work at a URL provided by the coder for testing purposes. (if required,hosting can be provided.) Thank you.
