Clone PHP Script

I am looking for a freelancer who can completely clone this script and all of its features: [login to view URL] I already have an admin theme for it that will be used so you don't have to worry about much of the design part, just adding all of the same functionality and features into it. The chatbox that actually opens up for customers should look like [login to view URL]'s which is much more professional looking that Virtual Smart Agent's chatbox. I will of course provide you with a copy of Virtual Smart Agent to see how it is all done. However, all code will need to be completely written by you and none actually copied from their script obviously. Please send me a PM if you need more details and I will need to know exactly how long you think this will take and how much it will cost you to create it.
