Chained Select Menu for Website

I need a simple chained select menu for a website. I need three drop down boxes; Make, Series and Model. Menu boxes need to be a certain width and need to be stacked at specific distances, one on top another and include a button at the bottom. This is exactly what I need (see printer cartridge lookup option): [login to view URL] I also need a way to easily modify/update my lists that is not too time consuming using some kind of method (lists can be very large and I have very limited java script knowledge). This chained select menu will be placed within my website bulder application (Freeway Pro) as an html snippet that I can move around and place where I need. So I will need the html file where the chained menu is already layed out as decribed above and relevant java script files to go with this project.
