Call Center CRM Needed

Hi, i need a Call Center CRM Script in PHP : **1) either you have pre made script so that i can buy.** if you have the script please upload on your server and give me link so that i can check the demo. **2) or if you can do customization in any open source CRM** What will be the cost and ETA. **3) or if you can create from stretch.** What will be the cost and ETA.
