Cache search results - PHP Modification

This is not a big project and should not take too much time it is a modification to an existing website. I am looking for a competitive price and will choose a bid accordingly. I previously listed a similar project but have removed it due to better information and better project scope of work. Please visit the site before bidding so you can see the functions of the script. [login to view URL] Description: Currently on the website, a website search is run on the index page and is passed over to the [login to view URL] page with a few php scripts being included on the page. The total time to parse the page is about 30 seconds. The same search can be run from the [login to view URL] page plus a whois search search. The pages created each have their own url through a htaccess rewrite. The rewrite looks like this [login to view URL] List of requests: I need the pages to be cached as an html page to a msql database. I would like the cache to stay for one month before the script is run again. The script should run again only when the person performs the same search and the cached file is out of date. The cached file should stay as an archived file. The url of the cached file should be the same as the url that is dynamically created when the user performs a search unless it is an archive file. See the two examples below: A. Here is a search url- [login to view URL] The cache url should look the same. B. Here is what a url for an archive should look like - [login to view URL] Right know there are two columns and in both the columns are banners. Inside one of the columns I want a list of the 25 most recent searches performed. View the attached jpeg for clarity. The list should be formatted with header tags and should link to the url of the search which would end up being the cached html file. The list should not have the same item listed twice with in it. See the attached jpg for clarity. At the bottom of the result page there is a link back java script code that the user can embed on their website displaying their pr rating. The backlink only goes to back to the website. I need that changed to link back to the page of the search (the cached file). That function is on the [login to view URL] file. The backlink should look like this, [login to view URL], not like http://sitesmartcheck.com. depending on the search. The included files are for reference only.
