I want a simple script into my Magento blanco template to do what the Ralph Lauren menu is doing.

" A roll/hover over text and the image below is changing*
* Once the mouse hovered over, "new" image needs to stay*
* It has to simple to integrate with Magento. Preferably only in the html form of the static block.
