CMS developpement tasks

Hello We are looking for one or two developper to finish a CMS already developped for ponctually task. The application will be in constant developpment so we look people for long time. The system is running with template structure, and only hard codding part of php is needed, we will provide the good templates for each part. We need actually following task - Addapting pdf php libs to create pdf orders on the flow - Configuration of GD gallery system to compress all picture uploaded on server - Debuguing exportation ox xml data to xls files and same for mysql data to xls file - Securisation of application (login system, + adapatation of function to protect file) - Convertion with ioncube or crypting system of some part of CMS => config file for exemple) - Doing system of backup website that allow to zip some part of website and allow client to download backup - Couple of simple php task to debug We need to find programmeur who can do work in delay, we already hire some programmeur and we can assume month of delay when we define toogether planning.
