CFORM II to PrePOP form and POST to ping tree.

Currently I am using Wordpress v3.01 and CFORMS II v11.4. I like CFORMS and want to maintain the current functions it has. Cforms is set up currently to: 1. submit all info items to wordpress database (cforms tracking) 2. send auto responder email to the submitter 3. send email with submission data to site owner Here is the new process that I would like to be implemented. After submission I would like to send all the CFORM data based on specific post instructions to a ping tree in real time and then the confirmation page will have a link that can PrePop some of the data from CFORM into the linked page. I need to know exactly what was changed/added to CFORM with detailed instructions in order to make this work. Please feel free to contact me for more instructions or details. Thanks
