Build Proxy/Web Server website and Browser Extension/Add-on

First: Create a basic member login website that caches other webpages content and translates it into Chinese upon user request (using Google translate). I know Chrome browser will do this, but some users are using IE, Firefox, Safari, etc. A web browser extension or add-on which can detect video links in a webpage and compare the video source URL to a list of blocked video websites. If the video source URL is hosted on the list of video websites, then if the user clicks on the video source URL, they are asked if they would like to be redirected to another video website. If they click "yes", then they are taken to the alternative video website or our proxy/web server after watching a short ad. Database to keep keep track of the original webpage video source URL and the corresponding video on the alternative video website or our proxy/web server. Also, ad placement and administration. Second: A web browser extension or add-on which can detect if a webpage is being blocked preventing a user from seeing it and, if so, the blocked webpage URL is compared to see if we have the same content cached on our proxy/web server (using Squid or something similar). If we have the same content on our proxy/web server, then the user is redirected to our webpage where the content is located. If we do not have the same content on our proxy/web server, then when the user clicks on a blocked webpage they are taken to a "holding" page on our proxy/web server to watch a short ad while the blocked webpage is being cached on our proxy/web server. After the ad is played, the user can see the recently cached page. Database to keep keep track of the original blocked webpage URL and the corresponding cached webpage on our proxy/web server. Also, ad placement and administration. Third: User option to have English webpages translated into Chinese (our proxy/web server could use Google translate to do this.)
