Bookmarklet/plugin script development

I'm looking for someone who can program a browser bookmarklet/plugin/add/on for IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. When installed on the browser it will display as a little icon. When clicked it will be able to detect all available images and/or videos on the current webpage. The user will the be able to selected an image or video and the script will ask the user to enter a name, a category and a description for the image/video and when submitted it will load that information together with the image to my server and database. I believe there are already several source codes available out there that does this in case you rather reuse code. Max bid $60
