Blogging Web Site

Here are some bullet points of what I need. Please make sure you also read the attached Specification Summary (Word Document) that provides enough detail for your bid. I will provide a detailed specification to the winner. - I need a WordPress based classic blogging site where any visitor can register and start posting blogs. (Joomla or Drupal based proposals welcome if you have good reasons to convince me) - I will provide PSD files that show the exact design for the site and will expect you to develop the site exactly as in the PSD files. - The site consists of 6-7 pages. - The site will support pictures and video, which should be resized when uploaded. - The site will connect with Facebook and Twitter. - The site will support a specific non-English language as the target audience is not English speaking. - The site will send email notifications. - The site will have an Admin Interface in English similar to WordPress Dashboard, but with some enhanced features. - You should prove that you have previously delivered similar blogging web sites. - I have further jobs to enhance this site (such as mobile support, iPhone/iPad app, Ads) and create independent new sites and will happily work with the same developer/team if the initial work is delivered with quality. Rules of engagement: - You MUST be fluent in English as we will have regular checkpoints. Please don’t bid if you are not! - There will be No Upfront Payment! Delivery will be done in smaller modules and payments will be done when each module is delivered by you and accepted by me. - I will provide a detailed specification for each of the modules and will brief you on Skype before you start development. - Similarly, you will debrief me and demonstrate the site when development is finished for each module. I will need few days to test the delivered site. Defects MUST be fixed for acceptance! - Once code is accepted, I will own the code with all copyright, I will make the payment, and we move on to the next module. Thanks!
