For a bespoke Kitchen company Google Analytics / Site login statistics a must Database needs to be written centered around each job/installation -Customer details -Materials chosen – technical specs of materials -Photos of installation -Comments/testimonials -Other tags/keywords ie style (contemporary, traditional etc) -Other technical specs TBA Visitors search via tag words or materials. Logged in users (sales staff/architects/specifiers) have advanced search or access to extra data. 3. CRM approach to the development of a system/tool to aid logged in users above. System/tool would allow the collation of data from users/clients about their projects, material choices, etc (content TBC). 4. Search facility to allow: a. General visitors to search for specific materials b. Logged in users to have a more advanced search for specific materials 5. Newsletter mailing list collation: tools to allow the collecting of subscribers to a email newsletter with report tools to give statistics on all email campaigns sent data capture 6. news page with archived features 7.
