Autosurf-uk Banner exchange system

Autosurf-uk currently does autosurf exchange, YouTube exchange, twitter exchange, G+ Exchange and facebook exchange, and some other stuff! We would like to add a new feature that offers all the features of a banner exchange like [login to view URL] Users would be able to add banners (they would put the URL of the image they would not upload). Assign the banner a URL and assign credits. They would also be able to get banner code to place on their website to earn credits at a 2:1 ratio. If there are no user’s banners in rotation we would be able to set up to 10 default banners, containing our own images, JavaScript code or ad words code. We do not want a whole standalone script. When the feature is inserted, existing users should not need to register. They should simply click Banner exchange on the left hand side and create there advert. They should also click “Banner Exchange Code” on the top menu on our website to generate there display code. Basically it needs to remain completely consistent with autosurf-uks current layout and menu structure.
