Automatic entry site

We have a site is asked of us login on each specific time period. I want to function require a user name and password, and the function will automatically enter the site using the login information given and then approve the agreement to complete the login and log off until you update the last access to the user. I just want this part of the program and will develop a recurrence of the function and pass data entry for users of the existing database and I will open this page on each specific time period.
