Advertising Display Changes Needed For Whole Video Site

We need new script or code changes for our entire video sharing site so that basically, google adsense advertising will not appear on site pages that contain 'rude' words. So we need a way of adding a word list to script that will then NOT ALLOW adsense advertising to appear if any of those words appear in title of pages. We then have alternative advertising script to appear in place of the google adverts. (Site is clipshare base script.)
