Adobe AIR Application developer with Facebook Ads API Experience

We’re looking to create an advance Facebook ads creator. We're looking for creating it with Adobe Air. The software has two different parts. The ad image & ad targeting. Now the software will have the ability to custom edit an image like this website does. [login to view URL] (Please check all video to get an idea how it works) [I'll provide login details to right person so that they can check it out] Now please check out this video: [login to view URL] This video shows an application that doesn’t exist currently in the marketplace which I want to replicate on my software. So what the software will do is… User will upload an image They will be able to crop/resize it Then two options will appear... 1) They can use the one click image edit which will create around 170 style of that image like the web app of [login to view URL] can do or 2) If users decide to edit the image by themselves then they will be taken to an image editor like [login to view URL] & they can modify the image like he/she wants to & then they will be taken to the second part of the software where they can do what that software of the video can do. It’s pretty much creating a lot of ads variation. Now in the last steps... The software will create all possible variation of ads possible using those auto/manually edited images & all the variation of ads targeting they created on the send part of the software. In the end they will be taken to a overall review page where they can see all the variation they created. They will be able to manually select which ads they wants to import into Facebook ad & which one they wants to ignore or they can submit all the ads to Facebook.
