Additional custom PhpFox 'status' plugin

Hello all! I need linkedin-like status-box plugin which will be additional on my phpfox site. This should post clickable links with comments as well and should have possibility immediate sharing to Facebook/Twitter. (See image attached) Also it should be tested well and have nice design.
