Add 2 extra features to web service (Wordpress)

Need a 3 days turn around (no longer as we are greatly behind already). This requires actual coding, no tweaking existing code. Two developers have been unable to provide final code. Need someone with high skills. Around 25 tasks already in the pipeline after these 2 tasks. So, there is a lot of extra work/cash for the right person. All produced code will belong to us. We don't offer any down payment or milestone payment, since we have already lost a couple hundred dlls on milestones payment fees for incomplete projects alone.
