I need to add my custom standalone PHP web form to a Joomla site. The custom web form is already written and working. I need someone with PHP and Joomla experience to add the form to the site and ensure that it picks up the Joomla template (for header and footer). Some CSS updates may be needed to ensure that the web form matches the Joomla site styling.
