Add On Module for CS Cart 2.2.1

I need an add-on module for CS CART 2.2.1. Please note that I really need this enhancement as a CS-CART ADD ON, not an enhancement.

This module will:

1) When a customer purchases a product from the cart, they get an email (Text configurable) that will offer them, if they get X amount of people to buy the product they just bought, they get a credit for the purchase price.

2) The email will have a direct link to the product with an identifier to interpret the referral, it will also have the link in the order section of the product if the customer logs on.

3) When another customer accesses the site through the link, and purchases the product, it logs the purchase to the referring person.

4) When the original customer gets the X (Admin defined number) number of purchased referral products, the site credits the customer the price they paid for the product.

5) In the admin section, the admin can define how many products a customer has to buy to receive the credit, the amount of credit (In % format..i.e. 100% will give them the full purchase price in return), and if the module is ON or OFF.
