decode binary file

Attached are two files, a binary and an ASCII file, they roughly have the same data (binary file has more data per record) the ASCII data looks like this: 20041201 1358 12.23 12.23 12.21 12.21 100 20041201 1359 12.23 12.23 12.21 12.22 1700 20041201 1400 12.21 12.21 12.20 12.20 0 20041201 1401 12.20 12.22 12.20 12.22 1524 20041201 1402 12.22 12.23 12.22 12.23 5100 20041201 1403 12.23 12.25 12.23 12.25 9028 20041201 1404 12.25 12.26 12.25 12.25 9606 representing: date time open high low close volume where date=YYYYMMDD time=HHMM volume=up volume there could be three volume figures in the binary file: up volume, dn volume and total volume (tot vol= up vol + dn vol) the orders in which they appear in the binary file could be different. The date could be represented differently, I have a possible guess which I can send you if you need it.
