coding website with content management system

I require the coding of a website in html with a very comprehensive content management system (the site may contain some elements of flash- i.e gallery + home page banner - unless this can be done in html- this can be discussed) The design has already been done and will be provided in psd format. All that needs to be done is the production of it in code, a full content management and uploading it on the web. Because the nature of the site is having new items constantly uploaded to it, a very good content management system is required. ## Deliverables The whole website has been designed and will be provided in photoshop format. Some of the content that goes inside will be provided but a lot of it will be uploaded later- hence a very easy to use content management system is needed so all the content can be uploaded easily later. ** ** The Home page needs to have images which are fading in and out with text- this can be provided by me as flash (and coded in by you) or if it can be done in html- with the same effect then this could be the better option - this can be discussed. The Gallery and Reference page is displayed in the style of itunes cover flow-? I'm ready to hear options about how to do this -it can be in flash or html. I need to have this up and running within 4 weeks
