C# and Java programmer

We have an immediate need for a C# and Java programmer. We have contracted a company in Seattle to develop a Web Services application which back ends to two systems. One back-end is communicated with via JavaBeans. This application is written in Java. The other back-end sends and receives messages via TCP/IP. The company we have contracted to needs another programmer on the project for up to 3 months. The successful candidate would need to work at the contracted company's facilities for the first 5 to 10 days to do a knowledge transfer with the existing (overworked) developer. During this process the succesfsul candidate will take over control of the development. Then on an ongoing basis, we would have additional work for the successful candidate as changes are required. Please specify your hourly rate and give some examples of your work in C# and Java. I am not too concerned about your Java skills. You will be making additions to existing applications and you will have access to the original developer ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
