The goal of this project is to build a cross platform client / server voice chat application. For an idea of similar applications please visit TeamTalk ([login to view URL]) or Ventrilo ([login to view URL]) I think Java would be a good fit for this project, as I wish both the client and server to be able to run under Windows, Linux or Mac OSX. The server should be able to support multiple chat rooms as do the applications mentioned above. Good programming standards should be followed, and all code should be commented in English to make it easy for future maintenance. Should you have any questions before submitting a bid on this project, please do not hesitate to ask.
