Blog entry form with rich text toolbar

I have a blog entry form in html with no functionality behind it: [login to view URL] I want to implement just the content section with the rich text toolbar. Basically, the user fills out just the content section and can select any of the font and style options in the toolbar. Your code will convert the user content into html behind the scenes. If the user clicks on "Edit HTML" the toolbar should disappear and the user's content shows up as raw html. When the user is done and hits "Submit", just the content section shows up on the subsequent page. You don't have to worry about any of the other fields or buttons (like title, privacy settings, etc). Just need the content section coded up. This is very similar to blogging tools like xanga, myspace, livejournal, etc. So please use them as examples. I will provide the popup boxes for the picture and link icons, as well as font sizes, types, and colors that the user can select. No cookie cutter responses please. Candidate must have good communication skills and be quick to respond to change requests. Thanks!
