Hi We're looking for developers with experience in developing BlackBerry apps that use facebook api, geolocalization api (e.g.: BlackBerry maps or Google maps for Blackberry) ## Deliverables Here's the project description. Please read it and make me any questions you may have. I answer almost instantly - User downloads app and accept terms and conditions, permissions, and so. Then it asks user to login with facebook (mandatory) We have 5+ brands. There're locals that sell 1 or more brands. These brands and its places are loaded in a separate website. After user logged from facebook, he should see a bb/google map where he actually is located and should see the nearest places with the brands those places sell. Each brand will have its logo, icon and/or color. Take into account that user location should be get by BB/google maps mobile api (rather by gps or by antenna) The main options in the app will be: Places: ============= This will be a list where all the places will be available. Each place sells 1 or more brand. The fields for each place will be: location, coordinates, address, promotion, hours (from 9am to 8pm), description. Create Event ============= User should be able to create a meeting, and event from the app. He must choose a place from the places list where he would like to meet with his friends. Then he sets date, hour, short descripcion. Then user could invite his facebook friends (here comes the facebook mobile api, and mobile facebook friend selector dialog) and then these friends get a post in their wall. This has nothing related to facebook events api !! If his invited friends have the application already installled, they should receive a push notification. Else, the url of the facebook wall post should redirect user to the app download website. Users can also confirm and RSVP to a meeting created by another user. When user arrives to the meeting, he can login into the app and do a little shout so his friends can get a push notification... (similar to 4sq). When the user makes this shout, app should do automatically another post in the friend's wall that RSVP'ed to that meeting. User should be able also to see in the app filters the meetings he was invited to by his friends, and the events he created (in the available places!!) The main idea of the app is that runs perfectly in Blackberry. Once user downloads and installs app, he downloads the places loaded in the remote website (does a synch everytime app is run). If there are new places, user should download these only, not all again. When user runs the app: - synchs for new places - login with facebook - do a "whats new" functionality that shows the user the meetings he was invited to, the nearest places, shows the places filter to filter places by brand, etc. Plus: ================== - to run the app in background so the it can push a notification dialog to the user telling him that there's a great offer in a place nearby Important: ================== We need serious bids, serious coders. Plus: If you can show us some apps you may have prev. developed where we could see some of these features implemented Please ask me any question you may have about this Thanks for reading
