BlackBerry Browser Launcher (J2ME)

I have a BlackBerry application (J2ME/JAVA) that when started, launches the default device browser to a hardcoded URL. What I need is for this application to also submit the device PIN and email address either as an HTTP header or at worst as part of the URL. You can either start from scratch on your own or use the existing code and extend it. You'll need to use the BlackBerry API's to obtain and use the device's emailaddress and PIN. On the server side, I wish to capture the PIN and email for use in a custom authentication. I have a BlackBerry code-signing key so I can do the Build once it works in the jde/simulator this needs to be written using the BlackBerry JDE 4.2 or higher
