Bid Auction Web site

We need a bid auction web site. It should be exactly the same as [login to view URL] and some small additional modules that we add. We can not see admin panel of [login to view URL] so we will describe admin panel. BidButler should be exactly the same as telebid (eg: multiple bidbutler reservation available) and telephone system should be the same as telebid and can be active/deactivate manually from admin panel.
