Brief: We own an Asset Management company which is involved in the management of real estate investments in Japan and overseas. The current website runs on Weebly and we would like to improve the website by migrating all existing materials to a self-hosted WordPress site and adding features. The new website should enable potential clients to have individual logins which they can request thought the website. Website Design. Search engine optimization Logo re-design/adjustment 3 access levels are given: Level 1 Where a client can start providing details to the company. Level 2 - Where client is approved for access to resources and listings Level 3 - Where clients become investors and have access to owner's dashboard. Level 1 = Login area will enable client update contact details and submit information to the company. Level 2 = Level 1 + Access to resources and properties. Level 3 = Level 1 + Level 2 + Owner's Dashboard Resources: Articles... Property listings: List of available properties and another list of sold properties. Clients are able to filter selection by using certain parameters. Each listing is accompanied by a title, a viewable and downloaded PDF each property listing will also contain an embedded Google Map and photo gallery. Level 3: Owner's Dashboard Clients can view details on their properties, photo gallery, map. Details about their properties and statements in web and downloadable Excel and PDF formats. (Currently these details are embedded on a Google site using Google docs which the company uses to make these reports readily available). Maintain Google docs system but export from Google Sites to own website. Some clients are in the IT sector, so security is crucial. Development of a page on each client screen (similar to blog post) for sending clients approval requests by way of posting to a separate sheet on the site, when a new approval request is posted the client is notified by an automatic email that an approval request is waiting with a link to that request. The client can approve, decline or request more information or add a comment, all client actions are recorded by a comment on the page and notification is sent to a designated company email address. When monthly reports are uploaded, clients also get an email notification. While the site will run on the WordPress CMS (content management system), we prefer to hide all traces of WordPress from the visible window and the source code itself.
