Brazilian craft site / more traffic

I have an e-commerce website here in Brazil named [[login to view URL]][2] or [[login to view URL]][3] (I have both domains) I´d like to increase its traffic rate but I don´t know how. I was listed at google during some moths what give-me a very good traffic rate, but than with no explanation I´m not listed anymore Another question, I´d like to know how to have for example an address like this one: [[login to view URL]][4] etc... instead of [[login to view URL]][5] etc.. I believe that this limits the traffic since I´m "inside" my developer server. Is it possible to use my own personal computer as an webserver? How? And how can I put all the shopping cart solution and all the site engine, layout and do the VISA cards transations in my onw computer?
