Chrome Extension for posting URL to our web API

The goal of this project is to create a Google Chrome browser extension for posting URLs to our web API. The extension should perform this: 1. Ask for the users username and password 2. Retrieve a list of "pages" and "schedules" (each page has its own set of schedules) 3. When the user want to post a URL to the web API he: A) select the "page" from a dropdown B) select the "schedule" from a dropdown (the dropdown must be updated dynamically since each page has its own set of schedules) C) add a description D) push the "Post" button 4. When the data is posted it should wait for the API to respond and display error or success message The user should also be able to logout his account from the extension. The list of pages and schedules will be in JSON format with an ID and a name field for the pages and an array of ID and names for the schedules. All data posted from the extension to the API should be in JSON format. The API will return an error code or a success code that the extension should handle. For the API, provide your own PHP code for testing purposes. No need to save to database or such, only act as a dummy endpoint.
