The one liner - is a PHP application I can run on a website, for a local volunteer flying club listing all the staff and their expiry dates for certain qualifications. The key word here is volunteer - we're unable to spend money on behalf of the club, however I'm willing to personally pay for some work. The quoted price is just an estimate, please feel free to contact me if you want more details. Up until now we've been using an excel spreadsheet with formulas and conditional formatting (lame) - but want to control access and make it available on computers and devices. Some more specifics: For those that have used TeamCal Pro ([login to view URL]) - Imagine that sort of interface with individual user accounts listed down the left hand side. Instead of ticking absence with dates in a calendar - I'm looking for a Grid which states a specified qualification along the top (just imagine "First Aid" for now) With all the staff having their expiry date. It would be useful if the expiry is based on the date they last did something and input the date to - also if the length of the expiry is based on a major qualification (category). Other things that would be nice are if a person can bring up a summary of just their qualifications - which could be formatted to fit an iPhone screen.
