Debug time limit on Force Payment

Fix why the cron or time limit on force payment when enabled does not cancel the auction or revert the sale when i enter the set time (see 1st shot) if it's not paid for as that is what it should do..This force_payment are for buyouts live payments only…NOTE: assign winner is fine, item does show in sold section, item does show in members won section and all the rest is fine...If you can fix this message me.. I will open site to check & test..If you can do this message me...If fix is successful you will need to tell me the changes made so i can add to my files then i will release & close project after that..
