Customize a Wordpress Plugin

Hi, We have done lots of custom work in Wordpress. For example, we customized Woocommerce plugin in [login to view URL] and www.flarecig.com. But it would be a little difficult to share the excact chane we made in plugin as it wsa not in detachable form. I can do necessary modifications but automatilcal plugin updates may overwrite changes - that fully dependes of plugin structure. If it uses filters and hooks intensively I can create addon plugin.
