Here is the project requirements:
1. Choose best hosting for WordPress.
2. Install last WP version.

4. Convert the theme to RTL (Hebrew lang).
5. Make QA test that all functions working.
6. Make QA test that the theme 100% responsive for mobile (like before RTL conversion).
7. Create full report of testing of website.
Payment terms:
1. i will pay you 10% before start
2. you will finish all the project and showing 100% testing report.
3. i will pay 90% of the payment.
4. you will delivery all the passwords to me.
