Hi no idea if I will be considered for this job but I can make the theme as you require and work till you are satisfied... the only question that I have is about admin panel... what options you will require there... for projects I can make a custom tab and panels that will allow you to get exact look and image placements.. but all depends on you if you will allow me to work on this or not.
