Skills Needed: 1) Superb communication skills 2) US English writing skills 3) Research skills 4)Timeliness (on time with high quality) 5)WordPress skill What KRB Homes, LLC wants done: 1)Integration with CRM system Realeflow for automation of optin pages 2)Implementation of traffic sites based on KRB known SEO 3)Implementation of Google Local Pages through WordPress 4)Implementation of a dual branding campaign, second campaign requires new core site, soup to nuts 5)Implementation of optin pages which result in automatic email response with e-literature, etc. 6)It is not part of the scope of this position to create blogs or newletters, etc. Management/Reporting to KRB Homes, LLC: 1)Reporting/oversight approximately every two weeks 2)Position initially reports to KRB Marketing Manager References 1) Provide references of relevant work products with job interest submission 2) If candidate is a finalist, please expect to provide references of previous customers with similar type of WordPress/CRM Integration Work Contracting Model 1) KRB Homes would like 2 contracts; one to fulfill the first 6 months of development/enhancement work outlined and the second contract for ongoing WordPress IT expert support. 2) Cost will be based on candidates estimated effort and experience.
