Create a Wordpress Plugin to create and maintain a list of favourite Buddypress members

I need a Wordpress plugin to create and maintain a list of favourite Buddypress members (a "little black book"). Functional requirements: - Add a button to each Buddypress member's page that allows the logged in user to add or remove the currently viewed member to or from the favourites list - Add a menu item in the logged-in user's profile menu to view the list of favourites (the little black book) - On the little back book page, list all the entries, with the option to sort them by date added, name and location - On the little black book page, allow notes to be added to each entry (either a single text entry field, or multiple dated notes, whichever is easier to implement). - On the little black book page, link each entry to the member's Buddypress profile.
