Couponic's CLOCK and sidebar changes. EASY

I bought couponic's (groupon clone) and I need to change the sidebar clock (which is made with jquery I believe...) I want EXACTLY the same style/color/shape of the picture below, I also attach a file of the actual clock and sidebar. Besides changing the sidebar I would like someone to fix my menubar which has one link out of it, it's like below the rest and it looks awful, a simple css tweak should fix it. The script itself already has the counter so I believe that the only thing you'll need is to change CSS stuff so it must be REALLY simple and it should take more than a few hours to someone knowleadgeable.
