I need a developer who can turn html pages into a PHP based web application.

I have the majority of the front end complete, which I have made by editing a template that I purchased.

This project will consist of the following:

Reviewing front end code (html, css, js)

Make needed adjustments to existing front end code

Create db tables. (db scheme can be provided)

Connect front end to back and middle end

Create needed web services

Ideally I would like the app to be a SPA (single page application) application, but can discuss alternatives.

I will be using Amazon AWS (EC2) to host the application, so the developer I choose will need to have extensive experience configuring and deploying to AWS.
