Carousel Effect with Implementation need a CakePHP expert with JQuery

Hello Guys, Posting the project again. We need to Implement the Carousel effect on the Website that we are Building up. All other things are workable. On "View Our Work" page, videos that are managed / uploaded from admin section are displayed on carousel (see attached document), along with the details like Title, Agency and Director. We need a highly creative Individual who can accomplish exactly what is required. Please check the Attached Screenshots (Only for the Carousel) to get a Proper Understanding of what is required to be done. WE ONLY NEED THE CAROUSEL with the Effects Copy Paste Bids will not be even Looked Upon so Please read the Project Details Carefully. We are looking to hire someone ASAP. Cheers
