HI, I've had a quick look I think it's a mix of the following: +The included graphics are unnecessarily large. Try reducing the file size in photoshop +Get rid of the facebook pop up at the start it is slowing things down and is annoying + You have way to many ad bars. They are causing slowness and also are all showing similar if not the same pictures making the site look unprofessional Abi
