Build a Website

We are a social technology startup led by two pioneers in the social technology business in Los Angeles. We are seeking a rock star developer to fill in a gap in our team. The front end is Drupal 7 with an MSSQL backend. The backend is .net and MSSQL. Everything is running on Azure. What we need is someone adept at JS & PHP who knows Drupal who can build some custom Drupal modules and spin up an AJAX application that inherits Drupal permissions. The backend is an API so the app will just need to interface with the API to send and receive data. Our concept is very unique and simple. I have run two technology companies over the past 12 years and have built systems and consulted for many fortune 100 companies. We are raising $1M in Quarter 1 which will cover all of our dev costs. As we are pre-funding, we don't currently have a development budget so we are looking for an individual or team willing to take a calculated risk in exchange for equity and slightly deferred cash. We have a very well respected investment banker in Los Angeles, CA who has already gained interest from investors. The investors want to see a working prototype before they deposit funds so we need to find entrepreneurial spirited developer / partners who are willing to take a small delay in payment for a huge reward in stock plus cash. There are 3 developers currently working on our project on these same terms and it's working great - we just need to speed up.
